Yin

This 75 minute gentle, yin yoga class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.

Moving at a slow and mindful pace, you’ll be guided through long-held stretches and soothing postures that target tight muscles and connective tissues. Yin is a perfect complement to a more active practice or lifestyle.

Suitable for all levels.
