VINYASA FOUNDATIONS


This Vinyasa class builds your practice from the ground up through mindful, breath‑led movement. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of Vinyasa, this class offers the structure and clarity to develop a strong, steady, and sustainable practice.

Each session explores foundational sequencing, purposeful transitions, asana variations, and precise alignment. You’ll cultivate strength, mobility, and stability through intentional movement patterns supported by steady, rhythmic breath. The pace is grounded and deliberate, helping you move with clarity, focus, and embodied awareness.

This practice is a space to understand the principles behind Vinyasa, how breath links movement, how sequences are intelligently built, and how strength and mobility evolve through consistent, mindful repetition. Every class closes with grounding meditation and savasana to integrate the work.

SUMMIT FLOW

Elevate your practice with this energizing and playful Vinyasa designed to build strength, balance, and confidence. This class seamlessly links breath with movement, incorporating dynamic sequences that prepare the body for arm balances and inversions.

This class is tailored to a more intermediate practice and where we move the pace a little faster. It is suitable for all levels familar with the Vinyasa sequence and those curious and/or ready to challenge their practice!

YIN

This gentle class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. Moving at a slow and mindful pace, you’ll be guided through long-held stretches and soothing postures that target tight muscles and connective tissues.

With an emphasis on breath awareness and relaxation, this class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recover from intense activity, or simply cultivate a sense of ease in the body and mind.

VIN & YIN

A balanced class that blends energizing flow with deep, restorative stretching.

The first half of practice focuses on a steady Vinyasa sequence designed to warm the body, build strength, and improve mobility. Expect smooth transitions, breath‑linked movement, and accessible options for all levels.

The second half shifts into Yin with long, supported floor poses target the hips, low back, and connective tissues, helping release tension and reset the nervous system. This portion is slow, grounding, and ideal for recovery.

Great for anyone looking for both active movement and deep relaxation in a single class. You’ll leave feeling warm, open, and restored.

YOGA FUSION

Strengthen from the inside out with a practice rooted in the classical mat Pilates method. This class focuses on building a strong foundation through precise, core‑driven movement, supported by yoga‑based strength work and intentional sequencing.

You’ll move through targeted core activation, controlled Pilates drills, and mindful transitions that emphasize stability, mobility, and functional strength. Expect focused alignment, coordinated breath patterns, and movements designed to enhance posture, body awareness, and efficient everyday movement.

MOBILITY & STABILITY


BEGINNING MAY 28TH, 2026

This supportive, training‑inspired practice restores healthy movement through the hips, pelvis, and spine. You’ll blend controlled mobility, stabilization work, dynamic strength movements, and targeted stretching, all guided by mindful breath to build strength, ease, and body awareness that carries into everyday life.

The pace is steady and intentional, helping you safely expand range of motion while developing core‑supported stability. The class is adaptable for beginners, pregnant or postpartum practitioners, athletes, and anyone working with therapeutic or recovery needs. Variations and props keep every movement safe, accessible, and empowering.

Perfect for anyone wanting to feel stronger, more mobile, and grounded from the inside out.

COMMUNITY CLASS


This all-levels class is rooted in community connection and local collaboration. It includes a balanced flow with breathwork, gentle warm-ups, accessible yet energizing dynamic sequences, and grounding relaxation.

Proceeds from these classes support local community initiatives and groups in need. This class is open to everyone, as yoga encompasses actions for oneself and others.

FAQ: Class Guidelines

Before signing up for a class you will need to create a login profile, select or register for a class or select a membership option, and then follow the prompt to continue to payment to confirm your registration and spot in the class(es) selected.

You will recieve a confirmation email of the registered class(es) and studio instructions.

If all the spots in a class becomes filled, you can register and join the waitlist. If a spot opens up you will be prompt via email and moved over into the class. This is based on a first come first served basis.

Once registered for a class, you have 6 hours to cancel your reservation, otherwise it will be regarded a late cancellation.

There are no refunds for late cancellations. Please reach out to info.summityoga@gmail.com for any urgent matters.

Three consecutive No‑Shows or Late Cancellations will result in a $50 charge.

If your next following class is again a No‑Show or Late Cancellation, you will receive an email confirming that your ability to book future classes has been suspended.

Grace Space, Decora & Root + Reach provides mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets etc. for your use. Please clean any props you use after class. You are also welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer. Other essentials not provided by the studio you should bring / wear:

  • Water Bottle – Stay hydrated before and after class, especially for active styles like Vinyasa.

  • Comfortable Clothing – Wear breathable, stretchy clothes that allow full movement.

  • Layers (Optional) – A light sweater or socks can keep you warm during Savasana or meditation.

  • Open Mind & Positive Energy – Approach your practice with curiosity and mindfulness!

To create a welcoming and peaceful environment, please keep these guidelines in mind when arriving for class.

  • Arrive Early – Aim to arrive at least 5-15 minutes before class to settle in and prepare. The studio door will be shut a few minutes prior to class, and will not be able to let anyone in.

  • Respect the Space – Keep voices low to maintain a calm atmosphere, especially if a prior class or meditation is finishing.

  • Set Up Mindfully – Place your mat and props with care, being mindful of personal space and studio layout.

  • Limit Distractions – Silence your phone, remove shoes, and store personal items in designated area outside of the studio.

  • Be Present – Use the extra time for gentle stretching, breathwork, or quiet reflection before class begins.

If you need to leave the studio after class has begun, please do so with mindfulness and respect for others.

  • Exit Quietly – Move discreetly to avoid disrupting the instructor and fellow students.

  • Minimize Distractions – Roll up your mat gently and gather belongings with as little noise as possible.

  • Respect the Flow – If possible, wait for a natural pause in the sequence before leaving.

  • Mind the Door – Open and close doors softly to maintain a peaceful environment.

  • Inform the Instructor (if possible) – If you anticipate needing to leave early, let the teacher know before class begins.

  • Respect the Closing Moment – Allow space for final relaxation (Savasana) to conclude fully before packing up.

  • Clean Your Space – Wipe down any mats or props you used and return them neatly.

  • Exit Quietly – Maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere for those who wish to stay and meditate.

  • Be Considerate – Avoid lingering in the practice space; social conversations can continue outside the studio.

  • Gather Belongings – Double-check for personal items to keep the space tidy for the next class.

If you'd like to use an adjustment SY wood chip, grab one before class.

Place it at the top corner of your mat or tuck it under your mat if you would prefer no adjustments and at anytime during the class based on how you feel.

No explanation is needed, your choice is always respected.

Your safety and comfort are a top priority. If you have an injury or require modifications, here’s how to ensure the best experience in your yoga practice:

  • Arrive Early & Check In – If possible, reach out to me before so I know about your injury or any limitations before class begins. This allows me to offer guidance or alternative poses.

  • Listen to Your Body – Honor your limits and take modifications as needed. Yoga is about tuning in, not pushing through pain.

  • Use Props for Support – Blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters can help make postures more accessible and comfortable.

  • Skip or Modify Poses – Feel free to rest in Child’s Pose or another comfortable position if a movement doesn’t feel right.

  • Avoid Painful Movements – Yoga should never hurt. If a posture aggravates an injury, choose a gentler variation or opt out.

  • Ask Questions – If you need specific guidance, I'm happy to help with adjustments or alternative posture suggestions.
